Refund policy

Try the free plan first. If a paid plan is not right for you, here is how refunds work.

Last updated: 2026-10-28

When you can get a refund

You can request a full refund within 14 days of a purchase if you have used fewer than 500 words on the paid plan since that purchase. After that, purchases are not refundable, except as described below or where the law requires otherwise.

Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. Because you asked us to start the service immediately at checkout, we refund the price minus a proportionate amount for what you have already used: the share of the plan's monthly words you used, applied to one month of the price. If you used fewer than 500 words, the refund is in full. To withdraw, email contact@nowaymobile.com with a clear statement that you are withdrawing; you can also use the EU model withdrawal form.

How to request a refund

  1. Email contact@nowaymobile.com from the address on your account, or write to NOWAY MOBILE OÜ, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia.
  2. Include the date of the charge and the plan you bought.
  3. We confirm eligibility and reply, usually within two business days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show them.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account page. The same rule applies to a renewal: you can ask for a refund within 14 days of the renewal charge if you used fewer than 500 words in the new period. To avoid future charges, cancel before your next renewal date; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually fix it faster. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended while it is resolved.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live. See also our terms of service.
