Please read these terms before using HumanizerGPT. By using the service you agree to them.

1. Who we are
HumanizerGPT (humanizergpt.ai) is provided by NOWAY MOBILE OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 17201091, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia ("we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@nowaymobile.com. These terms apply to the website, the writing tools and any related services.
2. Using the service
You must be at least 13 years old to use HumanizerGPT. To buy a paid plan you must be an adult where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You can use the free tools without an account. If you create an account, you sign in with a code sent to your email; you are responsible for keeping access to that email safe and for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our responsible use policy. In particular, you may not use the service for academic dishonesty that breaks your institution's rules, impersonation, spam, misinformation, plagiarism or anything unlawful. You may not try to disrupt the service, get around usage limits, scrape it or access it by automated means except through an official API.
4. Plans and word limits
The free plan includes 500 words a day without an account, shared across all writing tools, and a one-time bonus of 1,000 words for a new account with a verified email address. Paid plans include a monthly word allowance and a limit per request, as described on the pricing page. Words are counted on the text you submit. Yearly plans are billed once a year and receive their allowance every month. Unused words do not carry over to the next monthly cycle.
The Unlimited plan has no monthly word quota for one person's own use, subject to fair use: it may not be shared, resold or used for automated or bulk processing, and it is capped at 300,000 words per monthly cycle to prevent abuse. We may change plans and limits in the future; changes to a paid plan apply from your next billing period, and we will tell you in advance.
5. Payments, renewal and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account page; an upgrade takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata, and cancellation stops the next renewal while you keep access until the end of the current period. If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it succeeds.
When you buy a plan, you ask us to start providing the service immediately. Refunds, including your right of withdrawal as an EU consumer, are covered by our refund policy. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to the text you submit and to the output you receive. You give us a limited permission to process your text only to provide the service. We do not use your text to train AI models. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to submit the text and for how you use the output.
7. No guarantee of detector outcomes
AI detectors are third-party products that change often and make mistakes. We do not guarantee that any output will receive a particular score from any detector, including Turnitin, GPTZero or others. Any benchmark results we publish describe past tests, not future results.
8. Accuracy
Outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors or change meaning. Always review the output before you use it.
9. Our service
The HumanizerGPT name, software and website content belong to us. We may update, change or discontinue features. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you have not paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, give notice on the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are settled by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), unless mandatory consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your own courts.
